Be the change you want to see in the world (Gandhi)

Venezuelan gal, God is my guide, Haitian dad, Colombian Mum, Mexican and Brazilian home, traveler, Economist, Financial analyst, Amateur photographer and crazy about  networking...

Born in Caracas, I currently live in Mexico City, back after 14 months in Sao Paulo and San Francisco, and work at Bloomberg, a lead financial data, news and analytics provider.

I have always enjoyed meeting people, making new friends and networking, because of what I have always considered myself a people person. I went to a French school in Caracas and met people from all over the world, specially French, which is why I love French culture. In church I was always in touch with missionary groups from US and Canada. I studied German and Italian as foreign languages as well, because of my love of diversity.

I studied Economics in Andres Bello Catholic University in Caracas, from 2001 to 2006. In that period I had amazing experiences that added a lot of value to my professional, academic and personal life: Economics Students Body, Students' Representative, Excellence price, member of LAMUN delegation, director of National Economics Students Council and Latinamerican Economics Students Confederation, Honor's Board and several political groups.

Politics is one of my passions and since I left Venezuela I remained involved in  civil rights movements such as Mundo Sin Mordaza (@sin_mordaza) and Voto Joven (@votojoven) in order to ensure that Venezuelan people's rights are respected or, demand for them to be.

In addition to that, I love photography (check my flickr, instagram and my background picture), writing when I have time (check my blogs), music (30,000+ songs, check my last.fm which is a little out of date), movies (mostly independant cinema), traveling as much as I can, drawing, reading, drinking a great cup of tea or coffee, and walking around exploring and discovering new things!

All that has brought me to love networking and have so many friends and contacts, which I consider my most valuable asset. I consider myself very priviledged because of that and if you think I can help you with an initiative, making contacts, promoting, etc... Please contact me and I will be happy to do so.

Thanks for taking the time to read my bio. Have an amazing and blessed day!
