Khalid Raza is a Talent Development evangelist in IBM, focused on leading the talent strategy for India Sales and Distribution & Cross Brands business by leveraging early professional hiring and journey. Along with that he is leading HR and influencing IBM to accelerate the adoption of social business as a better way to work, allowing for collaboration, culture change and greater productivity. Key focus of his work to date has been, Learning Strategy and Operations, People Management, Talent Development, OD and Social Business Consulting.

He is IBM Accredited Associate Project Manager, Learning Professional and a Certified IBM Recruiter. He is also an IBM Corporate Service Corps member, where his work as part of the Colombia1 team in 2014 includes proud contribution to social and economic reintegration of the demobilized people from the Organized Illegal Armed Groups (OIAG).

In 2013, he was recognized to be in the top 50 HR Professionals in India, by People Matters. Khalid is recently named as one of India’s top 25 HR influencers. He is an avid blogger, speaker, cricketer and travel enthusiast.
