Possessing skills in both innovative advertising design and creative talent management, Kimberly Romagnola has worked for some of the world’s leading healthcare advertising firms. Ms. Romagnola has exhibited a range of skills in managing multi-million dollar campaigns and has provided smooth, timely delivery of major advertising programs for new product launches, product repositioning, and brand identity creation.

Kimberly Romagnola entered the healthcare advertising industry after completing her Bachelor of Arts at Muhlenberg College in Pennsylvania. Joining the healthcare marketing start-up RAR Healthcare, Ms. Romagnola proved valuable to the company and received increasing responsibilities throughout her career with the New Jersey agency. Eventually rising to the rank of Vice President/Management Supervisor, Kimberly Romagnola worked on key projects for Janssen Pharmaceutica, Roche Laboratories, Merck, and Schering Plough International.

Continuing with RAR Healthcare after their takeover by the Gillespie Group, Kimberly Romagnola was recruited by the international healthcare communications company Cline, Davis, and Mann, Inc. Joining the New York office of the $100 million conglomerate, Ms. Romagnola would eventually attain the position of Senior Vice President /Managing Director/Director of Account Operations. During her tenure at Cline, Davis, and Mann, Inc., Kimberly Romagnola has demonstrated an understanding of the evolving nature of healthcare, instituting her personal vision on the industry’s future to establish new programs and initiatives.
