By day, I lead the global communications team for Publicis Health, the largest healthcare communications network in the world. By night, I write about stuff at Lazy Dad's Guide to Everything, where I document the joys and terrors of being a dad to my precocious nine-year-old son and brilliant toddler daughter.

I am a southpaw, an award-winning playwright, a fairly competent quilter, a former journalist, a newly minted frequent flier, and a pretty darned good cook (according to my kids).

I’ve had 17 different addresses in as many years, in almost as many cities. I grew up primarily in the Midwest and Hawaii, but now I call New Jersey home.
