Kipton Cronkite For over 10 years, Kipton Cronkite has provided superior advisory and art staging for clients who are passionate art collectors. He specializes in working with clients who have large wall spaces for art, typically lofts and townhouses. For over five years, he has worked closely with the real estate community developing a discerning clientele helping locate properties that can properly display their prized works and collections. Working with his colleagues in the real estate community, Kipton delivers prompt, creative and detailed analysis to ensure clients their ideal space. This successful curator, art advisor, tech entrepreneur and former banker has a passion for real estate and helping others, as demonstrated in his mission to identify the best emerging artists and give them a broadened platform. A native of Oklahoma with artist roots, Kipton’s earliest memories involve visits to the Will Rogers Museum, followed by a trip to New York that planted the seed for his later goals. After obtaining a marketing degree at Oklahoma State and studying business at London’s Imperial College, he landed a banking job in New York and became immersed in art. In 2005, Kipton launched one of the first online look-books for artists through KiptonART, and since became a leader in melding young artists with the fast-moving world of contemporary art. He also co-founded @at60inches in 2013 and the company received two Honorees from the Webby Awards in the categories of Best Art Site and Best Home/Welcome Page. Kipton currently sits on the executive committee of the Whitney Contemporaries, was previously on the steering committee for the Frick Museum, and has had numerous articles published on art as an investment. He also enjoys attending gallery and museum openings in Manhattan and Brooklyn when not busy assisting clients and making real estate deals and staging their homes with beautiful art.
