I've worked in public relations for 15 years and I now represent women who have experienced gender-based violence when they become interesting to the media, usually following a court case.

I put the woman ahead of the story, helping her to ensure that speaking publicly is in her best interests. I work with my clients to identify and minimise any harms that could come from media coverage. I help women to set boundaries around their experiences too.

I liaise with journalists on behalf of clients and follow up with them afterwards. I work with support organisations to ensure the needs of women are put first.
