I'm a sourcing and social recruiting trainer, working between London and Poland.

I fell in love with recruiting when I joined a Krakow based recruitment business for a 2-month project and, even though at the time I swore I would become a professional poetry translator (yes, I know how this sounds...), here I am years later, still in a recruitment related role and loving it!

I also set up Poland Sourcing Community, a group of over 1900 recruitment and HR professionals. The aim is to share knowledge and expertise - if you think you might be interested in joining, you can find us on LinkedIn or Facebook.

On a more personal note, I enjoy learning new languages, reading all sorts of literature from Julio Cortazar to Douglas Adams, cooking (which very few have witnessed because I'm horrible at it!) and having fun no matter what I do!
