Jussi Kolehmainen

My name is Jussi. I am a fresh university graduate from Finland who has strong experience from IT industry. When I am not making something cool on my computer, you can find me studying, exercising, or perhaps flying across the Atlantic Ocean.

I finished my master's degree in Engineering Physics and Mathematics at Aalto University School of Science in April 2014. Saving best for the last, I did my last semester at Queensland University of Technology in Australia. Currently I'm enrolled in a master of finance program at Helsinki School of Business.

I'm a multi-field talent. I have strong background from mathematics and especially from data analysis. Having been interested in programming since the age of 14, I have developed solid knowledge in many technologies, for example Ruby on Rails, HTML5 and Matlab. Lately I've been using more and more time learning AngularJS and NodeJS.

In the future I want to solve complex problems using the power of mathematics and programming. Perhaps I find myself optimizing search engine algorithms or solving big data problems.

This year I travelled round the world visiting 4 different continents. My next travel destinations include Peru, Indonesia and Cook Islands.
