At Lethbridge College I’ve secured NSERC funding for an international Virtual Reality Conference, received Applied Research funds for 360-degree journalism as well as funding for non-credit Virtual Reality training. I have led a panel at the National Renewable Energy Forum in Toronto and I've represented southern Alberta in Chicago, Vancouver, Calgary and Montreal about economic development opportunities in renewable energy.
In my spare time I play the cello for various groups and compete in sprint triathlons across southern Alberta.
I am a graduate of the Masters program in Communications and Technology at the University of Alberta.
I am married to Amy, I have two daughters named Hazel and Ramona and I have a Labradoodle named Frankie.
