Born and raised in Ottawa, I grew up immersed in the food and beverage industry. From a young age I would spend time at my parents' retaurant downtown. When I was old enough, I started working there on weekends and soon after I was there full-time. Fastforward to 2013, I have worked in the restaurant industry for a decade! Having built up skills that are tailored to this industry, I now want to spread my wings and open my own bar!
I am currently enrolled in the Business Management & Entrepreneurship to better grasp the necessary tools to start up my own business.
In conjuction with the theoretical skills I've learned at Algonquin College and the practical skills I've gained through experience, I believe I can provide Ottawa with a unique atmosphere and fresh approach to the restaurant/bar scene.
