I am a long time journalist and creative writer who, over the years, has developed an affinity and passion for all things culinary, from preparation techniques to collecting family recipes, and forever building my dream kitchen in my mind. I once read a quote that said "The work you do while you procrastinate is probably the work you should be doing for the rest of your life."
