Kristi is an award-winning designer who started her creative career in web design in 1999, and branched into print + publications design in 2003. She currently calls Works Progress Design home, using her powers of good design, management savvy, and tech know-how as a force for good in the business and non-profit sectors.

She spends all her free time changing the world as President of AIGA Hampton Roads, a local chapter of the professional association for design, and delivering real world education to up-and-coming designers while trying not to crush their shiny aspirations. She also works with Tidewater Community College's Workforce Development Center and the Academy for NonProfit Excellence to develop kick-ass, super exciting, be-inspired-right-out-of-your-chair training seminars on a wide variety of fancy interwebz and software technology topics for local non-profits and other organizations looking to join and participate in the 21st century.
