Having worked in a customer support call center for the past 6 years I have already gained extensive experience in customer service, team building, troubleshooting and training (both clients & fellow employees). I can learn just about anything you are willing to teach.

In my free time I love to cook & bake, as well as hang out with my dog (see her on Instagram @kit_thedoge!). I also love to travel, having been to Australia, Iceland & London in the past few years.
