I've been called a "hard ass" because I know that the number of followers doesn't matter--business results do.

I was responsible for creating a nonprofit marketing strategy and program that attracted a record number of new donors and $$$ for a leading nonprofit.

I moved California’s largest children's healthcare nonprofit into the Internet age; designed a social media program for Stanford Hospital based on data, best practices and HIPAA; and currently work with national nonprofits to grow their organizations. As a Chief Resident for the Mayo Clinic Social Media Network, I advise members on the best way to showcase their expertise to attract patients and professionals in a highly regulated industry.

I've also been described as a "consummate professional" who can "juggle multiple high priority projects"--and, yes, I do it on decaf.
