Connecting is the cornerstone of my approach to UX. With my background in Anthropology, I understand the importance of qualitative and quantitative analysis and generating deep empathy with users (people). Working at Apple, I thrived in creating customer journeys in which during my course at General Assembly later discovered is service design. Connecting my previous experience has led me to my current role as a Designer in Residence of UX at General Assembly, training students to get their first job as a junior UX designer.
I'm tirelessly upbeat, personable, approachable, and great at receiving positive and negative feedback. I'm relentless at improving my soft and hard skills and cultivating a growth mindset environment for me and my team.
