I am a self-described pragmatist who enjoys solving problems and isn't afraid to dig deep or think creatively to identify a cause and determine the best solution. Some may say I have a "Cause and Effect" mindset. Guess this contributes to my enthusiasm around researching just about anything!

My background includes training development and delivery, creating and implementing organization development interventions, and providing human resource business partner support. I'm a life-long learner with a passion for helping others develop themselves.
