Kung Fu Power offers private lessons in many ancient and powerful martial art styles of Kung Fu for students of all ages and at all levels of study. Kung Fu Power students receive instruction from a martial arts instructor in their choice of location, including their home or office, or at the Little Nine Heaven studio in Highland Park, Illinois or we will travel to your location nationally or internationally. The wide range of study topics available to students includes Splashing Hands Chinese Boxing, Qigong, Hsing-I Chinese Boxing, and Chen-style Tai Chi Chuan.

While beginners are welcome, Kung Fu Power enjoys a positive reputation for providing specialized graduate level training for students with previous martial arts experience. Importance is also placed on providing students with a strong community of martial arts enthusiasts, supporting them through learning traditional methodologies from both local and global connections.

Sifu Richard Baron, a Taoist and Shaolin martial-arts expert, founded the Chicago branch of the Little Nine Heaven Internal Kung Fu and Tai Chi School in 1998. A student of Lao Tzu James McNeil, Richard Baron adheres strictly to the ancient traditions of Kung Fu and has earned him recognition in both print and digital media. Sifu Richard Baron and his Kung Fu Power School are the creators and producers of the reality show The Sifu: Kung Fu Redemption. The Show is about change through a journey into the hard work and awesomeness of Kung Fu.
