Kwesi Aane Koomson is an adaptable and responsible persona who is high-spirited and committed to excellence and possess good leadership skills. He is a Sales Engineer and the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Youth Inspired Ghana. Kwesi is a dynamic person with high sense of initiative and innovation with versatile approach to solving issues. He once initiated a sales of over one million Ghana Cedis for his previous company. He has over the few years gained experience in Sales, Business Development, Service Engineering, QHSE, Welding & Inspection, Destructive & Non-destructive Examination, Volunteering, Non-Profit Management & Administration, Teaching, Counseling, Forming and Leading Teams towards various projects.
Projects he has worked on include: Jubilee Well Jumper Project, Sea-fastening on Polar Onyx Vessel, Cracks Repair of Synthetic Lube Oil Tank of GTG “A” Turbine (MV25), Repair of Cracks on separator in the pump room (mV25), sealing of gap and crevices around bridge window all on FPSO Prof. John Evans Atta Mills (MV 25). Also Destructive Testing of: Piles Project for JVC Limited, Riser Protection Frame Project for Seaweld Engineering Limited, Kpone Independent Power Plant (KIPP) for Group Five Power International and OCTP-Anchor Piles Project for Belmet 7.
For NGO, Social enterprise and youth engagement includes UNESCO Youth Model (south African Rep.) on Robben Island 2016, African World Heritage Youth Forum in South Africa, and also SmilesAtXmas, Motivational talk/seminar at schools, UCC Fundraising and YIG Shows Love (Donation) under Youth Inspired Ghana (YIG).
