Born in Epirus, Greece in 1979, studied management at Middlesex University London, holds an MSc in Health Management from Imperial College London, a non-profit financial stewardship executive management certificate from Harvard University John F. Kennedy School of Government and recently undertook a pioneering professional development programme for senior managers in the fields of healthcare services, Innovating Health for Tomorrow at INSEAD Business School, Paris.

Founded Impel, a management consulting company, in 2005.

Appointed Executive Director & Board President of Hatzikosta General Hospital of Ioannina, Greece in 2013 where he served until end of December 2015.

Ranked as one of the best 5 Hospital Directors in Greece for 2014 on operational readiness, and Hatzikosta Hospital as one of the top 5 nationally in the 250-400 beds category.

Taught more than 1000 hours of management, marketing, human resources, information technology and entrepreneurship either to adults or college level students. Quite often a guest speaker.

Asssisted, developed or implemented more than 1000 projects concerning web presence, e-commerce, web apps, corporate identity, business process re-engineering, human resource management and business or marketing plans.

Passionate about entrepreneurship, innovation, transparency, IT, project management, hrm, performance measurement and web.
