Annelies De Gieter
Brussels, Belgium
Oh hello there!
I'm Annelies, a 1m65 enthusiastic gal that lives with her frenchie and graduated in Communications (with a Minor in Social - cultural trends and a Minor in Trendwatching) at the Erasmus University College in Brussels.
I live in a relatively small town on the countryside with my frenchie who loves food as much as I do. I have an older brother, Tim, who's active in the field of sound engineering, parents and Aramis, the family dog a french mastiff.
I believe in the fact that you should love the job you do and that it also should be a part of who you are, that's what makes you and your job super.
I'm positive minded and I just love to transfer that to other people. In my own time, I'm a crafter and wanderer, I'm fascinated by so many things and being a kid at heart, I've always loved to make stuff happen. I'm still young but I don't think that's a disadvantage, I think I can learn and grow a lot if somebody gives me an opportunity I can put my heart into.
Why hire me?
- Enthusiastic / passionate about culture, trends, brands & cities
- Positive state of mind & loves being around/working with people
- Ponderer of something great, striving towards making great things happen
- ICT/applications and social media aren't a stranger to me and I love to learn things
- Eager to learn and work (fast learner)
- 2 internships (PR & Marketing)
- 2 Minors (social - cultural trends & trendwatching)
When I'm not at home you can find me somewhere with food, in town, exploring, discovering things, online or creating things. I love wandering, it makes you see things you never could imagine. I'm interested in a lot of different things (such as blogs, social media, geek culture, tech stuff, gadgets, DIY, art & culture, apps and much more - there's just so much!). But really I'm an oldskool kid that likes crafting things and believes in ideas, I love working with my hands and not sitting in front of a screen 24/7.
There's more to me and I hope to hear from you guys soon, don't hesitate to send me a message.
