after fourteen years in the corporate world focused on pr/communications (vitaminwater, popchips, etc), i finally did what i've always wanted to do - start my own consulting company.  i am so excited to be working with diverse brands helping them drive and execute their marketing and communications strategies as well as develop creative ideas to build buzz through pr and digital/social media.

i've been known to laugh loudly, travel spontaneously and drive a tad too fast.  i'm not good at saying no, speaking german or keeping surprises.  i am good at making killer sandwiches, playing ping pong, getting babies to smile and parallel parking.
