Larissa Carneiro

I have wandered about many places and I did what I wanted. I worked as a video producer, I was a journalist, and then I came back to the academy when I took a master degree in Communication, while I was still living in Brazil. Now, I live in the United States and I am a PhD student in Communication, Rhetoric, and Digital Media @ North Carolina State University. My major interest is the imbrication of religion and media and how this interaction shapes belief, creates materiality, disseminates creeds, and constitutes culture and identity.
