Larry Rhinehart

Spanning more than 40 years, Larry Rhinehart's career demonstrates excellence in leadership, air quality consultation, and information management. He is currently in his sixth year as Government Relations Consultant for solid waste company Waste Management, Inc. Larry Rhinehart was the Intergovernmental Affairs Officer for South Coast Air Quality Management District (AQMD) from 1991 to 2002. Before educating, consulting, and serving as liaison for air quality, Larry Rhinehart was employed in the information management field from 1967 to 1991. He worked for seven years at Northrop Grumman Corporation, where he managed business systems for the B-2 Spirit Bomber Project. Prior to that position, Larry Rhinehart was Systems Analyst of Data Systems for defense company General Dynamics Corporation. Larry Rhinehart also served as Systems and Programmer Manager for tool manufacturer Proto Industrial Tools Division of Ingersol-Rand plc and as Computer Programmer for pipe manufacturer Ameron International. Larry Rhinehart's career is a model of leadership. He was Mayor of Montclair, California, from 1986 to 1995 and is affiliated with environmental organizations like South Coast AQMD and the National League of Cities. Larry Rhinehart's government affiliations include San Bernardino Associated Governments (SANBAG), Omnitrans, the League of California Cities, and the Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG). Larry Rhinehart is also heavily involved in community service. He has served the San Dimas, La Verne, and Upland Chambers of Commerce, and Larry Rhinehart's favorite charities include the Pomona Valley Habitat for Humanity and the YMCA of the USA. Larry Rhinehart received a Bachelor of Science in Management Science in 1975 from California State University, Los Angeles.
