I am a published author, the Executive Administrator of IEPM, an independent consultant, creative web journalist, who is winning the battles with varying physical, sexual, emotional, and spiritual abuses, which are now forgiven, because restoration is now.

I am a triumph survivor of depression, anxiety, chronic fibromyalgia, degenerative bone disorder, and chronic insomnia, uterine cancer, and the negating effects associated with them.

Survivors thru Christ Transcendental Support Ministries is now my current F.O.C.U.S. –Finding Out Christ’s Utility for Sonya, that is. Via this calling I help in spreading love, joy, peace, and intercession.

A year or so ago my goal as a new member to the Women of Significance Group of the Motivation for You Organization was maintaining the FAITH FOCUS, one of my many coined acronyms on life because I chose toFind Availability Inspirationally Trusting Him to Fulfill Opportunity of Christ's Use for Self -- FAITH FOCUS.As a member of this body, I decided that my platform was too multifarious to box in. which led me to another endeavor, platform and mission BRAND NEW MERCIES or BNM. This group is a secular as respect to others beliefs. I felt that everyone could accept having the chance to find a NEW HOPE in each day regardless to his/her faction or belief system.

Having overcome the long-suffering of debilitating chronic pain disorder(s); although very different in medical severity, the emotional and societal affects are similar. I nearly gave up on life after having had it stripped away from these maladies and associated bullying, which robbed me of the joys of living that I was once used to. I thought long and hard about my passion’s, which could motivate others so BNM is what I ultimately chose as a way to be supportive to varying causes which were important to me like the American Cancer Society, Susan G.
