Laura graduated from the honors college at Ball State University where she majored in advertising and journalism and minored in marketing. She later graduated as a 4.0 student from Eastern Michigan University with her Masters of Business Administration, where she developed a passion for industrial organizational psychology. She is a shareholder at Koester Construction Company where she currently serves as the HR Director.
