Social Media: This is what I do. I am professional Social Media and Community manager. Big, little, you name it. My specialty? Producing content, specifically, Cultural content.

History + Art: My academic studies were 100% Humanist. I have a BA in Humanities and a MA in Contemporary Art History and Visual Culture. This is my passion. My favorite area is consumer culture: all those little aspects that you don’t necessarily think twice about and that have a huge influence on our daily life. I’ve always been quite the bookworm and these were the perfect studies for me. My BA’s dissertation was about Surrealist Fashion Photography, and my MA’s dissertation on Museums and Social Media.

Fashion + Cartoons: I’m a huge fan of Fashion History. And I love it because it tells us so much about evolving trends, changes of taste and consumer behavior. If there’s one lesson I have learned from carefully looking at how Fashion brands work, is how useful coolhunting and trend prediction is. Something that is very handy when you’re doing Social Media. I also think Animation is an art form, and that it's a great example of compelling story-telling. Trending Cartoons like Adventure Time and Steven Universe are exemplary at showing an engaging story in just 10 minutes. This is the kind of role models I keep whenever I am trying to come up with stories that will attract (and keep) an audience.

Everything else: I’m 25 years old, I’m Venezuelan and have been living abroad for the last 7 years (including Spain, the UK, and the US). I’m just beginning my professional life and I am very excited about the future. I’m an information hoarder and I keep very weird schedules.
