Lauree Dash is a successful television producer with a diverse background in strategic planning, team leadership, and concept development for studio productions. Throughout her career, she has taken on the roles of script writer and talent booker, as well as a number of producer positions. Lauree Dash has earned respect within the entertainment industry for her ability to book top talent and her meticulous attention to detail.

Her dedication led to a Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Talk Show-Informative in 2010, for her indispensable work on The Doctors. Lauree Dash's contributions to the show included booking celebrity talent, including Barbra Streisand who discussed her all-important work on women's heart health.

In 2006, Ms. Dash received a Southern California Motion Picture Council Golden Halo for Best Short Film for her co-producer role on Tiny Dancer. The film also qualified for the Live Action Shorts category of the Academy Awards, also known as the Oscars, in 2008.

Her latest project was Katie Couric's television talk show, Katie, on which Lauree Dash worked as a Supervising Producer. She assisted in creation of the format and tone of the program; drew on her extensive network of relationships with managers, celebrities, and publicists to pitch talent as well as ideas for episodes. Ms. Dash worked on the show until she had to leave unexpectedly to coordinate the medical care of her husband, award-winning filmmaker Ford Austin, who was in a catastrophic car accident. Ms. Dash previously worked with ABC Daytime and Bunim-Murray Productions to develop a new medical talk show series. She also co-created a 30-minute entertainment news show for The Hub titled Hubworld, which targeted young audiences and their families, and collaborated with Stage 29 Productions and CBS Television Distribution on the creation of a legal talk show pilot. Ms. Dash is a member of The Producers Guild of America.
