Hello, I’m Laurenn. I’m a results-focused brand strategist and marketer with 15+ years experience in the fitness industry, most recently with Yoga Six and Total Woman Gym + Spa. My approach to marketing is rooted in brand strategy, and heavily influenced by my background in sales and product development. I love the creative process and consistently look for unique ways to position brands, and pair creative copy with compelling visuals to develop the brand narrative.

Originally from the east coast, I landed in sunny San Diego in July 2007 and love everything West Coast life has to offer. When I'm not in the office you can find me teaching a Spinning or yoga class, cruising up the coast on my bike, or paddling. I'm grateful for the ability to work in an industry I love, and believe that sharing the benefits of healthy living is a privilege.
