A country girl at heart Leanne has a passion for education and experiential learning. She graduated from Brandon University with Bachelor of Education and General Studies degrees.
Leanne launched her career in the agriculture field as the Canola Learning Centre Coordinator where she shared a hands on agricultural learning experience with students and their teachers. Since then she has continued working for the Manitoba Canola Growers sharing information about canola with farmers and consumers as the Communications Manager.
Since starting to work in agriculture Leanne says she has been exposed to food in an all way and would now describe herself as a 'foodie in training'.
Leanne has a busy family life with her husband, Cody, and their three beautiful kids. Cody owns and operates Cody Campbell Contracting where Leanne acts as the Operations Manager.
When she is not working Leanne enjoys spending time with family camping, canoeing, or watching baseball and hockey. Their family can also quite often be found tackling unique building projects together.
