LEAP Africa

Lagos, Nigeria.

LEAP Africa is a non-profit organization that was founded by Ndidi Nwuneli (MFR). Since its inception in May 2002, LEAP has successfully launched programmes for entrepreneurs and youth in twenty six cities including the FCT in collaboration with non-profit organizations and leading financial institutions.

We offer a range of training programmes for youth, business owners, social entrepreneurs, managers and public officers. Our core programmes broadly categorized as business and youth leadership trainings have been delivered across Nigeria and Africa. Areas of training include life and employability skills development, personal and organizational leadership, governance, business ethics, succession planning and talent management. These programmes have enhanced the life and leadership skills of over 35, 000 Nigerians.

LEAP equips these critical stakeholders with the skills, tools and support that they require to serve as change agents. Equipped with new skills, knowledge and information to transform the society, many of LEAP's youth beneficiaries have initiated high-impact change projects in their companies and communities.

Given its vision to be recognized as the premier resource for developing dynamic, innovative and principled African leaders, LEAP invests in continuous primary and secondary research on leadership, values and social change in Africa. This research serves as the basis for our innovative curriculum. To date, LEAP has successfully published ten innovative resources that have received endorsements from local and international leaders and professionals working in related fields.
