I have a passion for structure, strategy and technology. My unique knowledge and experience bring a big picture approach to my work as the Team Manager for the Atlanta SOLD Sisters. The team is consistently in the top 5 in the area and Top 100 at Keller Williams with over $63M sold in 2016.

A native of the Houston, TX area, I studied at Texas Tech University before moving to Atlanta to tour with Phoenix Records recording artists Soup, from 1996-2001. Following life on the road, I was tapped to develop and implement music programs for Camp Jam rock and roll camp, where I served as National Program Director and grew the program into 14 cities.

I began my career in residential real estate in 2006 and, after 6 successful years of buying and selling, I was hired into the role of Team Manager for the Atlanta SOLD Sisters in mid-2012. The team has more than doubled their production under my guidance and revenue from buyers agents has grown more than 5 times in 2014 from the prior year.

I have also worked with other teams, lenders and attorneys around the country on their structure and strategy. Additionally, I have done beta testing and integrations for BetterVoice, Follow Up Boss and Open Home Pro.

I am passionate about agent, broker and team education. I am proud to serve as the 2015 chair of the Professional Development Committee at the Atlanta Board of Realtors and as the 2016 YPN chair at the Atlanta Board as well as being a Board member.

Specialties: management, marketing, team development, creative problem-solving, systems analysis and implementation, team building.
