Lee's career in entertainment began in 1978 in New York City. At 16 years of age, as a roadie during the explosion of punk music he worked with the Clash, he then went on to tour with Queen in the early eighties, this the start of a touring career that would span the next 30 years.

Working his way through the ranks of touring technicians, he became a Stage Manager and then Production Manager / Director on some of the world's biggest concerts and tours .. He formed LCA, his own full service event production company in the summer of 1997. the company focused on the production and management of live events, festivals, arts and corporate entertainment. His vision and ability to manage the creative with the logistically possible is second to none and there are few with such a comprehensive knowledge of the event industry, his CV is a who's who of world class entertainers and performers,

With 30 years of event experience he moved to Abu Dhabi in 2008 to become Operations Director for the newly founded FLASH Entertainment, then Vice President of Operations, Lee was accountable for all operational and technical elements for the region's leading live entertainment company, Lee departed FLASH in July 2016.

April - July 2017 worked as Director of the newly constructed Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Cultural Centre in Kuwait a multi venue Performing Arts Centre , part of Kuwait's National Cultural District.

For a year (June 2016 / 17 ) Lee took on the position of President of I.L.E.A (Middle East Chapter) The Mission of ILEA is to educate, advance and promote the special events industry and its network of professionals

Lee now splits his time between Europe and U.A.E where he has consulted on various event , entertainment projects.

He is driven to deliver the best quality events and live experiences for all ages, cultures and nationalities and to share his vast experience with the next generation of event producers.
