Lee Sheridan

I am the owner, Editor & Publisher of Full Throttle Magazine NY/NE. Full Throttle is a monthly, full gloss magazine targeting the interests of motorcycle, car and music enthusiasts. I have been in this position for over 14 years. My husband and business partner, Greg Sheridan have been married for 38 years and have 3 adult children and 3 beautiful granddaughters. We are Native New Yorkers who reside on the North Shore of LI with our motorcycles and 2 Chihuahua's. I am a published author and poet. I co-authored Extreme Motorcycle Art, and Art of the Bobber. Both these books are related to motorcycles and can be found in your favorite book store. My position at Full Throttle requires me to wear many hats, one of which includes working with an abundance of charitable orgainizations, who reach out and ask for my help in organizing motorcycle runs to raise funds and awareness for numerous causes. I was a member of the events committee for the LI Chapter of March of Dimes for 10 years, as well as numerous other well-known foundations and organizations. I have been a board member of Dee Snider's Ride for the past 13 years, we are currently raising funds for LI Cares and have raised over $225,000. I have organized events of my own to raise money for various charites which include - Make-A-Wish, The Child Life Program at Stonybrook, Save-A-Pet, LI Cares, North Shore Animal League, Breast Cancer Foundations, MDA and many others. When I decided to purchase Full Throttle Magazine NY/NE, I had no idea how much it would change my life - in a good way. My husband and I have had the opportunity to work with many well known, wonderful people, who also donate their time to charity. I have worked and conducted interviews with Dee Snider, Billy Joel, Actors from the Sons of Anarchy, Lorenzo Lamas and Steven Tyler to name a few. I have to say that of the many aspects Full Throttle brings to my life, working with the charities and meeting those who need our help is the most gratifiying and humbling of all.
