Leo Kuba is the founder and CEO of inkuba, an interactive lab, result of a mashup of a digital production studio, product incubator and advertising agency.

Founded in 2009, the agency plans, creates and produces business and marketing solutions across digital platforms and integrated campaigns for global, regional and local companies.

Since startup, inkuba has worked with brands such as Unilever, Unilever Foodsolutions, Diageo, Mead Johnson Nutrition, Bombardier, Volkswagen, Havaianas, Marisa, Getty Images, Flexfit, Brandsclub, Reserva, America, Barbacoa, Casa do Pão de Queijo, Unimed, among several others.

Also, inkuba partners with leading advertising agencies and its production proficiency is part of one Bronze Lion at Cannes Lions Festival, three gold trophies at El Ojo de Iberoamérica, one silver trophy at the London International Awards, one silver trophy at the NYC Art Directors Club Awards, two silver trophies at the Wave Festival, one Webby Awards and one bronze pencil at the One Show Interactive.

With 15 years as an entrepreneur, he previously co-founded three technology companies, with one merge and one exit.

He has spoken in events such as Campus Party (the world's biggest technology and internet festival), co-hosts Man in the Arena videocast and is the co-author of Empreendedorismo Inovador, a book about technology entrepreneurship.
