Leo Kuba is the founder and CEO of inkuba, a digital agency, hybrid of a digital production studio, advertising agency and product incubator.

Founded in 2009, the agency plans, creates and produces business and marketing solutions across digital platforms and integrated campaigns for global, regional and local companies.

Since startup, inkuba has worked with brands such as Unilever, Unilever Foodsolutions, Diageo, DuPont, Bayer, Mead Johnson Nutrition, Bombardier, Volkswagen, MAN, Havaianas, Getty Images, Flexfit, America, Casa do Pão de Queijo, Estácio, Unimed do Brasil, among several others.

Also, inkuba's production proficiency is part of more than a dozen international prizes, among them four Lions at Cannes Lions Festival (two Gold @Branded Content and two Bronze @Cyber).

With more than 15 years as an entrepreneur, he previously co-founded three technology companies.

He has spoken in events such as Campus Party (the world's biggest technology and internet festival), co-hosts Man in the Arena videocast and is the co-author of Empreendedorismo Inovador, a book about technology entrepreneurship.
