As a passionate creator of products, I have over 20 years of digital experience working with brands such as Amazon, ASOS, Discovery Channel, ITV, Global Radio, The Collective and Ticketmaster. Currently Lead Consultant (Analysis, strategy and UX) at Ensono Digital helping clients to define business goals, understand requirements and build award-winning digital properties.

My remit is to undertake detailed research and business analysis activities, including defining and designing user interfaces. Customer experience and user needs are at the heart of everything I do, every day.

I actively participate in the development of the company, including promoting the core values, staff progression and speaking at conferences on a wide range of analysis and user experience topics.
