Leonard has extensive knowledge of designing, engineering and delivering complex software solutions in addition passionately believing in empowering staff and leading by example. His diverse career history has given rise to a well rounded strategic thinker able to tackle problems with a multidisciplinary approach.
Whilst not sat in front of a keyboard, Leonard can typically be found in the far reaching corners of the earth seeking adventures and attempting to learn new extreme sports.
