Les Eck

Born in Haven, Kansas, Les Eck grew up around the family Ford dealership, which was operated by his father Rusty Eck. Les Eck attended Haven High School before relocating to Wichita, Kansas, to earn his bachelor of business administration from Wichita State University. Throughout the late 1970s and early 1980s, he owned and managed a Ford Lincoln Mercury dealership in Leavenworth, Kansas.

Mr. Eck returned to the greater Wichita area in 1983 to start several small business ventures and raise his three children. In 1988, he purchased Rusty Eck Ford and began to expand and diversify the old family business.

Today, Mr. Eck develops long-term strategies and oversees ongoing projects at four different car dealerships throughout Kansas and Missouri. Outside of the professional environment, he is a diamond sponsor for Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure Wichita. He is also the founder of Adopt-A-School (adoptaschoolkansas.com), a nonprofit organization that raises funds for classroom supplies and various school construction and renovation projects.
