Born and raised on Manhattan’s upper west side and a resident of New Paltz NY, Leslie has spent the majority of her life as a dance artist; teacher, performer and choreographer. She has a BA from Bard College and an MFA from The University of Washington. Currently, Leslie is a Professor of Dance at Vassar College and teaches at Barefoot Dance Center in West Park N.Y.
