More than 20 years of research, travels, trainings and privileged encounters allowed me to develop my expertise on coaching and recruitment. The notion of "Empowerment for Life & Work Balance, Wellness & Success" sums up what I want to transmit and bring to my clients.

I enjoy transforming the conventional and inject sense to things. I have found what gives me life and enthusiasm. I rely on my professional and human competencies acquired through challenges (family, friends, debts, development of the company, divorce procedures, etc.) to better serve my clients and foster a lifting and positive effect on their career and global wellbeing.

I can share this experience and allow others to find the way to combine a paid activity with a balanced self. Everyone can give him or herself the opportunity to learn to manage both life and career in a harmonious and successful way, while obtaining his or her definition of liberty.

I am often defined as an animated and pragmatic person through my sense of business and innovation, someone that knows how to materialize a business opportunity into a winning and realistic proposition. I am also defined as someone capable to motivate my colleagues and interlocutors and develop their way of reasoning in order to encourage creativity, innovation and flexibility that are factors improving the competitiveness of the company, as well as that of the individuals. Success is not only measured by the financial wellbeing of a company, but also in the creation of a worthwhile activity, a sense of the collective good and for the one who created it (job creation, durability, time-management, sharing, collaboration).
