Linda Frania

Florida

Hi, I'm Linda etal; possibly confusing, I know. It is my intention, however, to complete "A Historical Account" of my life, which will eventually address the "possible" confusion. As a venue to accomplish this, I began a Webpage at WordPress.com: http://perspectivesoftime.com

Due to an unfortunate motorcycle accident on September 29, 2009, I was no longer able to work, nor have been able to, since February 2010.

I began working in the Securities Brokerage Industry at the "know it all" age of 17. As I continued in the field for over 28 years, I earned the Series 7 General Securities License as well and the Series 63 License. In addition, I also earned the Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor (CMFC) designation. My first employer was Merill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner, & Smith, Inc., in 1981. In the interim of my tenure with Merrill Lynch, I also worked for Prudential Bache Securities for just under a year; however, I returned to Merrill Lynch where I completed a 13 year tenure with them. In 1995, I then began working for an Independent Firm: Hynden & Hynden, which later changed to Flint Financial Group, Inc. My tenure with them (aka FSC Securities Corporation), expanded approximately eleven years.

In 2007, much of my life changed quite a bit, and I decided it was time for a change. So, I packed what I could and moved to the beautiful state of California. My first year there, I lived in Santa Ana (nka Newport Beach). In year two, I moved to Costa Mesa, and finally, in 2009-2012, I lived in Huntington Beach (definitely my favorite). While living in CA I worked for an Independent Firm: Carlson & Geske Financial Group, Inc. (nka Redwood Investments).

However, due to the motorcycle accident, I could no longer care for myself and was quite literally forced to resign from Redwood Investments and go on Disability. Eventually, in February 2012, begrudgingly, I moved back to Florida where my immediate family resides.

Finally, and most important to me, my true heart has always been to be a Clinical Psychologist, PhD. Indeed, I have a long way to go in obtaining this goal, but I WILL achieved it!

An end note: I have not been able to write on my BLOG for quite some time due to my health condition; be assured however, I will be writing again as soon as I am able.

Blessings to you and yours, Linda
