Luis Felipe Trevino

Mr. Trevino is Senior Managing Director of Beamonte Investments and head of the private equity arm “Beamonte Capital Partners,” which focuses on Latin American opportunities. Mr. Trevino is also current President of Beamonte Mexico Holdings (BMXH), a diversified holding company that target private and public investments in Mexico.Mr. Trevino has extensive experience in leveraged finance, distressed debt and special situations. Prior to the private equity group, he was also the head of the Merchant Banking division at Beamonte Investments, where he structured numerous debt transactions in Latin American in various industries including Health, IT, and Pharmaceuticals.

With several years of professional experience in investment banking, private equity, strategic consulting, and corporate finance advisory, Mr. Trevino has worked on numerous advisory and capital-raising assignments, including mergers & acquisitions, private placements, board advisory and restructurings. He also has extensive cross-border transaction experience in Latina America and the U.S.

Mr. Trevino sits as member of the Board of Directors of CITEC ING, a Mexico City-based company specializing in pharmaceutical services and Integra Arrenda, one of the largest auto financing companies in Mexico. He is also Chairman of the Executive Committee of Kiwii Capital, a firm that specializes in asset-based lending to medium-sized enterprises creating innovative credit products designed to serve borrowers’ working capital. Mr. Trevino is president of AEM in Boston, a non-profit organization that is devoted to assisting Mexican investors and entrepreneurs to adapt to American business practices.

Mr. Trevino earned a B.S. in Business Management from the Universidad Latinoamericana, S.C. and a MBA degree from Boston University.
