My new company Joyous Art designs gives me the freedom to create art from the heart and in faith to bless those who own it with happiness and joy. Whether they hang the paintings in their home or workplace, clients around the country say it makes them smile. If that can happen, I'm thrilled, and my calling as an artist is realized. LBS Consult is my first company, started in 1998 as an appointment setting and job search firm. Now, I also facilitate communication within the digital world and create effective and meaningful content for businesses. The possibilities and the challenges are endless. I just read an article talking about how important it is for leaders to get directly involved in Social Media. I have believed this for many years and encourage my clients to write blogs, tweet and be involved in every way. Genuine communication and engagement from the leadership of an organization is very powerful. Problems can be solved instantly, crisises averted, relationships built and the leadership can have a great deal of fun engaging.
