Who am I? – How can I best describe myself? I was born in Manila, Philippines and was brought to the United States at the age of 2. I am of Filipino and have aspects of Spanish and Chinese descent. I am a Filipino-American.

Purpose - To create a site for workouts that are Free for people who want to lose weight and get healthy.

Where does the name "Chocolat" come from? My nickname in my family is "Lat", or "Lattie" short for Lilitte. My mother called me "Chocolat" as a child for my love of chocolate.

Where was I raised? - Hollywood, California

Spirituality - I do not believe in organized religion but finding Spirituality by nurturing my own relationship with God.

Acting - Theatre School, Estelle Harmon Avenue Theatre, Los Angeles 5 years training

Am I a professional boxer? - Nope. But I trained for over 10 years for the love of the sport.

Food – I try to eat healthy 90% of the time.

My why? – Journey to promote health and well-being to others naturally. (I’ve seen many family members suffer…)

Favorite things – My Boxing Family (all my boxing friends), making people smile, eating decadent food once and a while, dancing, drawing pics, writing poetry
