I spend a fair share of my time hanging out on the World Wide Web.

I'm co-founder and CEO of The Prospect, one of the largest college access organizations in the world. Even cooler: TP is entirely student-run, and we have over 140 staff members worldwide (all of whom are under the age of 22!). We have half a dozen programs that empower youth (including a virtual internship program, an online magazine, and a summer conference), and over half a million people have interacted with our platforms since our founding in February 2013.

In addition to my work with The Prospect, I'm also community editor for HelloFlo (managing all editorial and social media for the brand), senior editorial intern at The Muse, a national contributing editor at Her Campus (working on their High School and How She Got There sections), and a columnist for USA TODAY. My writing has also been featured in Newsweek, TIME, Lifehacker, Inc, Forbes, and Mashable in recent months.

When I'm not doing all of that, I'm noshing on Sour Patch Kids and watching Survivor re-runs.
