Hello, I’m Heidi; a Licensed Marriage, Family Therapist living in Santa Barbara, California. After 30 years serving in the medical profession as a nurse, I've become attuned to people's physical, emotional and spiritual health. Today, I provide on-site therapy, specializing in healing from trauma, anxiety, addictions and depression. I've learned mental health is a balance between our biological, psychological, social and spiritual wellbeing. Also offer emotional and behavior regulating skills, called Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
