Linds Robertson studied at the prestigious Esther Myers Yoga Studio in Toronto. She completed the 750 Hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Triaining Program in 2014. She specializes in Yoga for beginners, gentle yoga, mindful yoga and restorative yoga. Linds is also a certified Level 1 & Level 2 Vinyasa YogaFit Canada Teacher. Currently she teaches Monday night Mindful Yoga at Insideout Health & Fitness Studio and works with clients privately in their homes. She is a Personal Trainer at Insideout Health & Fitness Studio with a passion for the bosu, interval training, innovative bodyweight work and kettlebells.
