Linds Robertson studied at the prestigious Esther Myers Yoga Studio in Toronto. She completed the 750 Hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Triaining Program in 2014. She specializes in Gentle Yoga, Yoga for Beginners, Yoga for Seniors, Chair Yoga, Yoga for Mental Health, Yoga for Grief and Yoga for Athletes. Currently she teaches Monday night {Yoga Release - Gentle Yoga} at Insideout Health & Fitness Studio and teaches yoga to clients privately in their homes. She has been a volunteer Yoga teacher with the Bereaved Families of Ontario - Toronto Division and Flemingdon Neighbourhood Services.

Linds is the Studio Manager at Insideout Health & Fitness and a Personal Trainer. Her training interests are interval training, innovative bodyweight work, strength and endurance training, rehabilitative exercises, foam rolling and stretching.
