Hi everyone! I’m a mother, wife and first grade teacher. I love crafting, coaching GOTR, and inspiring others to be their best selves. Teaching children is my passion, but above all else, I want to help make this world a better place.

During this past two decades, I’ve given birth to two wonderful boys, became a fitness ambassador, a sponsored triathlete, a competitive CrossFitter, a fitness model, and most recently became a first grade teacher.

Nothing makes me happier than spending time with my family, promoting kindness, and working with young children. My days are filled with the people that I love and the things that I’m passionate about. I'm looking forward the years to come where I can educate, inspire, support, and motivate not only my own children, but my students as well.
