I believe that six degrees of separation means six opportunities for connection. Give me a random set of people (from 2 to 200), and I'll help them discover that they have commonalities and can solve problems in ways they never imagined. My brainiac side craves the challenge. My gregarious side can't wait to meet everyone and hear their stories.

To get there, I have become an expert interviewer. I elicit and help others craft compelling stories that are impressive and memorable. Moderating panels, I probe beyond the usual generalizations and create an entire community within the room.

My success has been due to my ability to collaborate and innovate in environments where there is a lot of ambiguity. I am able to take a mess of ideas, data, or agendas and connect the dots in ways that help organizations move forward.

I am inspired by knowing that I have improved others’ lives.
