Therapy can be a place to enhance one's emotional and psychological well-being. This can be something that one needs to do alone or with a partner. It can take courage to examine our challenges and try to learn from them. Using a strengths-based approach, therapy can be a useful tool to enhance one's life. The end result can be a better sense of self, and an opportunity to create real and lasting change.

I have training and experience working with issues which might include sexual health concerns, sexual orientation, gender identity, intimacy, anxiety, depression, HIV, grief and loss, and a range of other issues that can impact both individuals and couples.

I work to be an engaged and empathic therapist, offering you a space free of judgment or criticism, and work with you to help you achieve your goals.
