Lisa A. Napolitano, Ph.D., is Founder and Director of CBT/DBT Associates. As the director of the private psychology practice group, Lisa Napolitano, Ph.D., specializes in cognitive and dialectical behavior therapy for clients in the New York area. In addition to Lisa Napolitano, Ph.D., CBT/DBT Associates consists of two licensed psychologists, one post-doctoral fellow, three psychology doctoral students, a clinical intake coordinator, and a research assistant. The practice of Lisa Napolitano, Ph.D., is dedicated to empirically supported cognitive-behavioral therapies. She subsequently graduated cum laude from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University in New York City where she was an editor of the Arts and Entertainment Law Journal. Lisa Napolitano earned her Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology from Fordham University in New York. Her research dissertation, Dichotomous Thinking in Borderline Personality Disorder,was published in the peer-reviewed journal Cognitive Therapy and Research.
